    such a freaking painful training. . . Cardio workout + body weight. . . I love it. . . I would like this as my home workout than if I do not have time for gym. . . : D

    bad ass dude I do not take Xplode 2 at the moment does P90X I think if IM with that I will do it to start on this stuff

    Hi Scott I’m 21 and I weigh 103 pounds. I just started going to the gym to get tight and work on my muscle mass. I will not overly muscular, since I am quite small, but I want to get my calves and thigh muscles bigger. I just do not know what type of protein shake to get things. I currently about 1620 calories (no fast food only healthy types of food) per day, but I still have no weight gain eat please help!

    Hey Scotty love your vids man, I broke this out the other night and start the hell Spawls to ya, love it! I have heard in the beginning you’ll have to do sports-related work outs, and wondered if you could one for American Football considered. I am currently training for a linebacker position, and I dont get much help in the off season, because Im in Australia, yes, we have some leagues haha. Anyway, thanks for all the help man: D

    Hey Scott, interesting idea and concept! It was fun watching, although I did fast forward a few times. Perhaps it would be even more interesting when you find a real opponent! Of course, this could be difficult with your condition. A live-training battle would be best, but you’ll probably find in one of the SHF community? With the right cut you could have a nice show.     @ ChidoriAnbu do and you? Scotty has never done exactly these exercises before. Trust me it’d difficult if one rep each switch position. Scotty is doing well considering he probably did not MMA training in years. What he does is to do right, he’s using his core through most of his blows.

    I do not know how to go through the fitness Scott Herman, that’s my name now for you. Finally, the cameraman some recognition, but, I think he needs to get with you to train, he looks kind of thin. hehe. And you, at which point you feel like punching your friend of the trainer, J / K.
