‘Z’ drops 65 pounds to win national title and $2,000 in Gold’s Gym Challenge
James Zrimsek, or “Z” as he’s referred to by people he knows at the gym, is a big loser. Zrimsek lost 65 pounds, 37.38 of which were specifically pounds of fat, trimmed 12 inches from his waist and lost 18.5 inches from his hips in 12 weeks as a participant in the annual Gold’s Gym Challenge.
